Can I have a free test period?
- No. We have a free 'Demo' where you can get a very good idea of the extensive resources we offer.

Where can I search the resumes on this site?
- We are strictly a research company. We do not maintain or offer a resume database of our own. Our research is used to maintain an extensive list of free online sites that allow visitors to search and view their resume databases. We have no affiliation with these sites, so any problems encountered while visiting these other sites should be directed to their customer service departments.

Can I share my account with others by giving them my username and password?
We strictly prohibit sharing of user accounts. Each membership is for a single user. If our software notes multiple simultaneous login attempts or other suspicious user behavior that indicates abuse of your account, your membership will be terminated.

What if we want to signup our whole office, are there any discounts?
We welcome the opportunity to work with large, mid-size and small offices. We would prefer to work with these types of customers on a more personal, individual basis. Please call (919) 357-5351 or email us at Sales for a customized quote on group rates.

Why can't I see the names of the sites in the demo area, why don't the links take me there?
As a member you will be able to login and all these links will show up and be active and take you directly to the free resume databases and job posting sites.

I could just join monster or career builder for resumes couldn't I?
- Monster is a great resource if you have several thousands of dollars each month to spend on accessing resumes or want to pay hundreds of dollars for a 60-day job posting. Not to mention that monster is flooded with recruiters that are contacting the candidates in that database, they may be very hard to hire. Many of our databases are harder to find and not as picked-over.

Can I search all of the listed databases at one time?
- No. Many sites require you to create a free account and login before accessing the resumes. At this time you will have to visit each site individually and run your own searches. We have included brief descriptions of each site and categorized the resumes when possible. We offer lots of generalized databases with all types of resumes or you can search for niche sites that just offer your type of candidates. You can run a search of our site descriptions by typing key words into the search box at the top of each list page.

If I sign-up, what is included in the membership package?
- As a member you would get access to unique free resume resources, plus other premium features including:
* Free Resume Databases – A list of web sites, each offering a free resume database that allows you to search for resumes by various criteria such as key words, city, state, job type etc…
* Free Resume Blaster sites – A list of web sites where you fill out a form once, explaining the type of resumes you need and fresh resumes matching your requirements are emailed to your inbox.
* Free Member Resumes on Association web sites – A list of Professional Association web sites that allow their members, that are looking for employment, to post their resumes for you to access for free.
* Free College Student and Alumni Resumes – A list of University websites that offer student resumes of individuals looking for internships or graduating and looking for full-time employment. There are also pages dedicated to alumni resumes.
* Free Job-Posting sites – A list of web sites where you can post your jobs for free.
* Free Resume Newsgroups – A list of email based news groups where people post their resumes.
* Personal Hot List – You'll have the ability to create your own personal hot list of web sites that fit your needs. On your hot list you can save any usernames or passwords, or record notes about each site. This allows you to create a working list of sites geared towards your specific needs.
* Submissions to our Internet Research Team – You will be able to email our Internet Research Team to have them do specific web based searches to find free resume resources matching your needs. Once they find those sites they will add them to the list and you'll have access to the new resource. Our site lists are always growing and you'll see new sites added all the time.

If I sign-up and am not satisfied, do you offer a refund?
- No, we don't offer refunds. This never seems to be an issue with our customers since we charge a minimal fee for an excellent, ever-growing resource. Do you allow companies that offer work-at-home opportunities to use your web site? -
we welcome any members that offer legitimate employment or business opportunities.

Would I be able to change my username and password during my membership period?
-Yes, if you become a member and need to change your username or password you can email us at support@freeresumesites.com with your company information, current username and password and request a new username and password.
